The Lower dock is 50ft by 80ft and has a scenic view of the north bay including Angel Island, Belvedere, Raccoon Straights, and the San Francisco waterfront. It can handle roughly 400 people at a time. It is standing on pilings directly on the Tiburon waterfront. and is a 10 second walk yet completely isolated from the main street. It is accessible by two large wide hallways and a 12 ft wide walkway from the loading zone in downtown Tiburon Our upper dock is isolated by buildings all around it except for the entrance to the lower dock. It is 20ft by 50ft. Our float is approximately 140ft long from end to end. It is a wooden float with pilings lining both sides. Attached to the wooden float is an aluminum ramp that leads up to the dock. There is a gate that separates the dock and the aluminum ramp. The float has all of the same views as our lower dock with the addition of the Tiburon waterfront. It is also where we load and unload all of our vessels
